That's WONDERFUL!
Oh please do, I find libraries are loaded with his stuff lately.

Although I thoroughly enjoyed it, I couldn't have afforded to read all of Buddha otherwise!

Re: That's WONDERFUL!
I had a small look for his work. And I couldn't find any. Not even at the local public library. That sucks so bad. :-(

Second best thing to do then:
(Aside from buying the books)

Go to a bookstore (like Boarders), grab a pile and read (preferably with with a beverage). I don't know if your library is like mine, but apparently they don't just take donations to plop on shelves so you can't even provide them for others if you feel big-hearted about it; there's red tape involved.

But really, I'm shocked a little. That's too bad. Where do you live? Perhaps they don't tend to have an extensive collection of "Asian" works in general. It's funny, although they are technically of course Asian, I think of them as a part of our culture at this point that, to me, they hardly seem foreign at all.

I was saying, go to a book store and read them at the book store. If the bookstore allows you to drink coffee while you look at books, then that is even nicer.

I've been told that there is a large population of Japanese people in Canada, but perhaps not in Quebec.

I'm sorry I did not realize English was not your first language. You write it very well. Some of the comic books may be in French too, if that is better.

Being careful assuming things about people is a good lesson for us all. ;)

Ah, right. I get it now. Thanks for all the information. No, unfortunately, our bookstore does not allow people to drink.

Maybe. I do not know really. But I am sure that you are right. Canada is a famous country for immigrants...if you know what I mean. I always read my books in French, but there is some when I have no choice, I read them in English. Thanks very much for the compliment. I like very much that language myself and right now, I am in Advanced English at school! :-D
